The vision of the Faculty of Physical Chemistry is to provide students with knowledge and to develop skills to use this knowledge throughout their lives, dealing with physical chemistry or related disciplines. Following dynamic changes in scientific and technological development and changes in educational practices, the Faculty meets the needs for new competences that will train new generations of students to professionally operate in a European and international environment.

The updated, and altered programs are fully adapted to the Bologna Declaration and studies in the countries of the European Union. The signatory countries of the declaration, including our country, thus enable their graduates to have their diplomas recognized in all countries of the Union as well as mobility during and after the studies. The Faculty of Physical Chemistry, since the school year 2009/2010, offers academic studies in three cycles of 4 + 1 + 3 years, BSc / MSc / PhD (for a total duration of 4/5/8 years). The ECTS credit system has been introduced, so each year of studies corresponds to 60 ECTS credits.
